• Photos of your team/butchers in action
• Close-ups of popular BBQ plates and fresh cuts

2. Current Menus & Pricing

Ensure all online prices match your in-store prices.

• Latest Smokehouse BBQ Menu (PDF or Word doc)
• Current Family Freezer Pack pricing
• Catering menu options and minimums

3. Business Information

Verify that these details are correct for Google and the website footer.

• Exact operating hours (including holiday exceptions)
• Primary contact phone number
• Preferred email address for customer inquiries

4. Accounts & Links

• Link to your Clover Online Ordering portal
• Links to your Facebook/Instagram profiles
• Access to your Google Business Profile (so we can sync updates)

5. Domain & Technical Access (CRITICAL)

To actually launch the new site on your official domain, we must have access to where your domain is registered.

• Domain Registrar Login (GoDaddy, Namecheap, etc.) or DNS access
• Any existing Google Analytics or Meta Pixel tracking codes

6. Brand Assets

• High-resolution or Vector logo files (SVG, EPS, or large PNG)
• Your 3-5 favorite customer testimonials/reviews to feature
